About Dr. David G. Allingham, MD
Pain Management in Oakton Virginia
Let me introduce you to my medical practice, Oakton Primary Care Centers. It’s two practices in one. One practice is primary care medicine including chronic pain and addiction – this is in addition to our full time urgent and primary care clinic open 7 days a week, 10 am to 6 pm. The other practice is medical aesthetics including GainsWave men’s sexual health and body sculpting (fat burning). Also, we have a cryo-chamber, I’m a surgeon – surgical suite on site, and I prescribe peptides. This practice focuses on regenerative health.

“From my early days in college and medical school, I’ve wanted to help people feel better. I particularly enjoy the journey of meeting with a patient for the first time, then seeing them improve their health by dissipating their pain or illnesses. I treat patients as a friend and I hope that they consider me more than just their physician.”
